Returning Character Applications
We’re glad to have you back! Some things have changed since Save the Earth; a year’s passed, and the invasion left some dangerous consequences to deal with. If you’re not already familiar with what’s going on, you might want to hit up the FAQ before you app back in.
Your application is shorter, since we’ve already made you do the hard work the first time around. Fill out this form and comment here with it using the journal you used in Save the Earth; we’ll look it over and see about getting you into the game. Please make sure your info post is up to date with your character’s entire set of Echoes! If you’re changing journals, post with your original journal, and then reply to the acceptance comment with the new one; your info post needs to be in the old journal for acceptance, but you can move to the new one once you’re in.
You can only use this application through one month after the game opens! After that, you’ll re-apply like you were in Raise the Earth before, but you’re submitting a full application - and that means personality and history need to sync up with what you’re playing again.
UPDATED: If you are bringing back a character's doppelganger, please reply to your reclaim with another copy of the IC section of the form for them, including the things that are different for them! Doppelgangers need their own journals for Raise the Earth - reply with that journal, please! Numbered and doppelganger claims will be reviewed and judged separately, but if the original character's reclaim isn't approved, the doppelganger won't be playable until it is. Doppelgangers don't consume a character slot - they share with the original character.

Post-StE Activities: Arthur would have happily moved to Gateway in its height to be with Emilia and her family, along with Dani and Celine. After the fight in Locke and Las Vegas, he did more damage than he thought needed to be done and decided to spend time afterwards helping with construction and relief efforts. The most he'll have been doing throughout the year will have been trying to be as helpful as possible. Despite the fact that his reputation would have started out poorly if anyone recognized him--because his use of Excalibur did even more damage to Locke in driving away invaders--he worked throughout the year to improve his image. Overall, he kept a strong relationship with Emilia, along with Dani and Celine, while maintaining a great deal of focus on being helpful to everyone around him, earning a reputation as someone willing to bend backwards for just about anyone.
He'll have learned a great deal about motors, cars, motorcycles and work as an electrician in this time, especially in his endeavors to be useful. He would not have traveled particularly much in the span of the year, given the fact that it would interrupt his work in Gateway. It's entirely likely he kept stationary in an effort to get things done as quickly as possible.
Mentally, nothing visible would have changed for Arthur. He was always nervous and worrisome when it came to asserting himself and his power and using it in Locke completely cemented the mindset that he should hold himself back to avoid hurting others. While if Locke wouldn't have suffered so much, Arthur could have come out of things with a positive attitude--Arthur was instead left with the impression that he did more harm than good, by far.

Additional Echoes: Echo 1(Tier 2): The gift of tongues--Servants possess the ability to understand and speak any language known around 1990AD. Echo 2(Tier 1): The memory of sealing Excalibur with the thirteen constraints along with the knights of Camelot.
Goals for RtE: Arthur's best advancement in any plot is as a sudden nuisance. His actions in RtE would be slow moving as he would still be stuck in the mindset that nonviolence would be for the best, but if any villainous plot comes up, he'll likely toss it aside thinking he could save people and truly be helpful, again. His defining moment came from the very beginning, when he helped save people from the Wise Snake's rampage. My goal is for him to revisit that memory and act out similarly, putting himself in as an action hero rather than someone who would help others with their talents and mindsets.
The goal is to make Arthur into someone who could potentially become an icon for advancement and good-will!
Additional Information: For awhile, Arthur was corrupted by darkness in StE due to an echo that's listed on his info page. That echo has since been terminated, since it was purified by another one of Arthur's abilities!

Post-StE Activities: Doppel!Arthur ended up leaving with his head hung after the invasion. Unlike Arthur York, who took the losses as a reminder of the consequences associated with fighting, he took it as an initiative to assert himself in the world. As a result, he's spent the year hunting down and killing Numbered!Criminals who have profited from their echoes to do harm to the world. He's gotten in large-scale fights against four such Numbered and would be known for ending two catastrophes which could have been caused by them. During the course of the year, he would have taken out eight dangerous Numbered, each time appearing out of the blue in shining armor to dispatch these people who would have caused killings or disasters in their local areas.

Goals for RtE: Everyone needs a knight with an utter lack of regard for law and order! Arthur's Doppel is the embodiment of 'might is right', forgetting every one of Merlin's lessons right from the get-go(not that he learned them first-hand). He's meant to be the anti-thesis to Arthur York's improvement through failure--in that his brutal success only serves to deepen his ego and bolster his ideals. Arthur's Doppel is someone I plan on being inserted into the story as a means for the issue of 'Numbered with powers' to be scrutinized, as he'll use his power for the sake of policing people he believes are a danger to the world without a sense of discretion, acting as King unto himself!
