Oops, forgot my icon. Yes, it'll have to start smaller - even a Tier 2 wouldn't be quite enough power to restore size and full capacity of action to something like that. Another plot Echo down the line can restore it to full size. But to start with, it'll have to be a bit smaller. Thanks for understanding!
